A standard for remote high-ticket closers

Sales, practiced
as a craft.

The High-Ticket Professional is a sales system and methodology for the modern remote closer - built on real skill development, honest conversation, and the decision to treat this work as a career, not a side hustle.

One skill. No ceiling.

Philosophy

The best closers aren't the loudest people in the room. They're the most disciplined.

The sale is made in discovery

By the time you pitch, the outcome is mostly settled. The professional spends the front half of every conversation understanding what the buyer actually wants, what stands in the way, and what they have already tried - so the pitch stops being persuasion and starts being service.

Your income is a reflection of personal development

You do not get paid for hours. You get paid for who you become on the phone - your questions, your composure, your standards. Work harder on yourself than you do on any single deal, and the numbers follow on a schedule.

This is a performance sport

Closers train like athletes. Every call is game tape: reps, review, adjustment, repeat. The ones who last separate their identity from any single outcome - which is exactly what makes them dangerous on the next call.

The 5-Step Framework

Every great sales conversation follows the same true north.

I.

Intro

Set the frame in the first ninety seconds. Establish why you're both here, what will happen on the call, and earn the right to ask real questions.

II.

Discovery

The heart of the call. Understand the buyer's current situation, their desired outcome, and the gap between them - in their words, not yours.

III.

Transition

The bridge most sellers skip. Confirm what you heard, get agreement on the gap, and earn explicit permission to present a solution.

IV.

Pitch

Present the offer as the answer to what they told you - nothing more. If discovery was done well, this is the shortest part of the conversation.

V.

Close

Ask clearly, then hold the silence. A professional close is calm, direct, and respectful of the buyer's ability to make their own decision.

The Founder

Built from the seat, not the sidelines.

Ramon Cadiz is the founder of The High-Ticket Professional and Upward Momentum LLC. A college dropout with multiple failed ventures and real debt behind him, he went all-in on high-ticket closing with a newborn on the way - and treated it the only way it works: as a career.

Since then he has closed over eight figures in online sales and helped scale multiple companies online to seven figures and beyond. Since 2021 he has trained a growing bench of remote closers who share one trait - not natural charisma, but the discipline to do the unglamorous work consistently.

He is a member of the Forbes Business Council and has been active in the online direct response and sales space since 2016.

The Program

The High-Ticket Professional

A sales and mentorship system for people building a career in remote high-ticket closing - the framework, the reps, and the standard to practice against.

The approach is high tech, high touch: live mentorship, real reps, and individual attention that does not scale to open enrollment. That is why the program runs in small cohorts, admitted a class at a time. Enrollment is currently closed.
